To ensure that your flowers are made from only the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible, some stems may arrive in bud. This is to further protect the flowers during transit and to allow them to last longer.

When your flowers arrive, trim the stems and add water. Cut 1-2 inches of stems back at a 45-degree angle.
Use a clean vase and clean water.
Remove leaves below the water line, but do not remove all the leaves along the stem.
Check the water level daily and refill as needed.
Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.
