Ashoka tree is an important tree in the cultural traditions of the Indian subcontinent and adjacent areas.
It is sometimes incorrectly known as Saraca indica.
The flower of Ashoka tree is the state flower of Indian state of Odisha.
Plant Height - 1 to 1.5 metre(Approx).

Water - For small plants growing, check the soil around by poking one and a half inch finger in the soil, if it feels dry, water it. If your yard is large enough, you can even install drip irrigation to provide precise watering.
Temperature - Ideal temperature 18-24 degrees celcius.
Care Tips - Ashoka tree is a low maintainace plant .Ashoka tree is easily propagated by seeds. Seeds can be obtained from pods in the Monsoon.
Light Requirement- More than 6 hours of natural direct bright sunlight is required.
