This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion en route, remote address for delivery, etc.
Although we make a 100% effort to match the image displayed, the actual plant delivered may vary in shape or height as per the availability.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants is done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
Please be noted that we may have to do this without informing you because we give utmost importance to delivery on time since most of our orders are gifts for a certain occasion.

Keep plants in medium-light locations, out of direct sunlight.
Natural light is best, but some plants can also thrive in office fluorescent light.
Do not allow plants to stand in water.
Banana trees are tropical and originate in rainforests, so they need a lot of water and plenty of moisture in the air.
They do best when planted in groups fairly close together, as this helps to retain moisture in the leaves.
Water regularly to make sure the soil stays evenly moist but not soggy
