Care Instructions

• Mooncakes, like all other ready-to-eat food, should be stored in containers with lids and placed in the upper compartment of a refrigerator, while raw food should be put in the lower compartment to prevent cross-contamination.
• Traditional mooncakes that are not in sealed packaging should be stored in an airtight container and kept in a cool and dry place.
• Snowskin mooncakes should be stored in refrigerated conditions as soon as possible after purchase
• Wash your fruits before consumption.
• Eat your fruits when they are fresh.
• Store these in the refrigerator.
• If they are exposed to high temperatures, they may begin to ferment, compromising the appearance and flavour.
