Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before the cut-off time are eligible for same-day delivery. For peak occasions (like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Eid), early booking is recommended.

Scheduled Delivery: You can choose a preferred date and time slot at checkout to make sure the surprise arrives exactly when you want.

Temperature-Controlled Vans: All deliveries are done through specially equipped, temperature-controlled vans to maintain the freshness of flowers and quality of cakes/chocolates.

Timely Arrival: We ensure on-time delivery and follow your chosen delivery slot strictly, barring any unavoidable circumstances (like extreme weather or traffic delays).

Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable at the given address, our team will contact them directly to arrange re-delivery or leave the order at a safe location as per instructions.

Packaging & Handling: Products are carefully packed to retain their look and freshness, ensuring that the flowers remain vibrant and the cake remains intact upon delivery.

Special Instructions: You may add specific notes for delivery (like “call before arriving” or “do not ring bell”) during checkout, and our team will do their best to follow them.

Peak Season Advisory: During festive and peak seasons, delivery times may vary slightly, but we always prioritize timely and safe delivery.

`

Store in a cool, dry place: Keep the hamper away from heat, direct sunlight, and humidity. Chocolates may melt if exposed to warm temperatures.

Avoid moisture exposure: Items like the decorative pouch, ornament box, and rattan basket should stay dry to maintain their appearance and structure.

Handle delicately: The festive ornament, bottle with bath salts, and decorative elements are fragile. Move the hamper gently and avoid dropping or stacking heavy items on top.

Towel care: The rolled towel is clean and ready to use. If you plan to store it for long, keep it in a dry space to avoid moisture buildup.

Bath salt usage: Keep the corked bottle tightly closed when not in use. Store in a cool place to prevent clumping.

Aroma items: Cinnamon sticks are natural decor. To maintain their scent, keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Chocolates: Consume chocolates before their expiry date. Keep them in a cool, shaded place for best quality.

Display & enjoy: The hamper is thoughtfully arranged for gifting and décor. You may refrigerate only the chocolates (if needed), but keep all other items at room temperature.
