Most of our orders are delivered on time according to the selected time slot.
But in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as traffic congestion or a remote delivery address, etc.
Once an order is prepared for delivery, it cannot be redirected to another address.
Although we try to avoid it, substitution may sometimes be necessary due to temporary and/or local unavailability issues.
Please note that we may have to do this without notifying you, since we place the utmost priority on on-time delivery, as most of our orders are gifts for a specific occasion.
As soon as the sweets arrive, refrigerate them immediately.
Please refer to the expiry date on the packaging and consume the product before that date.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
