This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery. Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of flowers are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Care Instructions

The balloon arrangement will be delivered inflated, as shown in the image.
Please keep the balloon arrangement in a safe place away from sharp corners and edges when not in use.
Helium balloons will last 8-10 hours after inflation, with float times depending on the conditions they are kept in and how they are handled.
