• The majority of our orders are delivered on time according to the selected time slot.
• However, there are very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as traffic congestion on the road, a remote delivery address, etc.
• Once an order has been prepared for delivery, delivery cannot be rerouted to any other address.
