One of our promises to you is that your flowers will be guaranteed in freshness.
All orders are delivered via Ferns N Petals temperature-controlled delivery vans.
To ensure your flowers will be only the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible, some stems may arrive in bud. This is to further protect the flowers while in transit but to also allow the flowers to last even longer.
We make every effort to ensure that the bouquet you receive resembles the bouquet ordered as closely as possible.
We promise delivery of your order in the time slot selected however in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control this might not be met and you will be notified about this in advance.

Remove packaging as soon as you receive the flowers
Remove strings only while putting the flowers in a vase
Water used in the vase should be at room temperature
Please add flower food to the water; usually provided free of cost along with the flowers.
Every 2nd day, cut approx. 2-3cm of the stem at an angle with a sharp pair of scissors.
Remove any wilted flower or stem
If you'd like for your blooms to open faster, perhaps for a special event, then use warm water to gently coax the buds open.
Do not Place them directly in front of AC
Let the flowers enjoy your love and indirect sunlight
Upon receiving the cupcakes, refrigerate them immediately
Please check the placement of these items before serving to small children
Avoid keeping cupcakes on top of any electronic items.
Store remaining cupcakes in the refrigerator if not in use
The cupcakes should be consumed within 48 hours.
