When your roses arrive in a bouquet, remove the packaging.
Cut 1-2 cm from the stems and place the roses in a vase with clean water.
When your roses arrive in an arrangement, i.e., mounted on foam in a box or similar, you just need to make sure the foam stays moist throughout the day.
Please keep the roses away from direct sunlight or air conditioning.
For cakes, refrigerate them immediately upon receipt. Until cutting, the cake should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
