Sirap Bandung Limau is a drink popular in Malaysia. It consists of milk flavored with rose syrup, giving it a pink color. And this given us the inspiration for our Sirap Bandung Limau Cheesecake, which is another perfect choice for buka puasa this Ramadhan.
Ingredients- Cream cheese, sugar, whipping cream, gelatin, water, syrup rose, limau juice, oreo cookies & butter
Cake Size- 8 Inches
Weight- 1.0 kg

Store cream cakes in a refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air conditioned environment.
Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake.
