Delivery Information

• The majority of our orders are delivered on time according to the selected time slot.
• However, there are very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as traffic congestion on the road, a remote delivery address, etc.
• Once an order is prepared for delivery, delivery cannot be rerouted to any other address.
• Although we try to avoid this, substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to temporary and/or local absence issues.
• Please note that we may have to do this without notifying you, as we place the utmost importance on timely delivery, given that the majority of our orders are gifts for a specific occasion.
