Orders are delivered to you via our fleet of refrigerated vehicles, dedicated to maintaining the highest quality products.
In very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, due to weather or traffic, your order may be delayed. You will be notified in advance.
Once the order is prepared for delivery, delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
In the case of flower bouquets, some flowers may arrive in the bud state (not fully developed) to ensure a longer lifespan for your bouquet.

Care Instructions

Remove the packaging as soon as you receive your flowers.
One of the best tips for getting the most joy out of your flowers is to change the water daily with fresh, cool water. The water should look good enough to drink! The water used in the vase should be at room temperature.
Please add flower food to the water; it is usually provided free with the flowers.
Every two days, cut about 2-3 cm from the stem at an angle using sharp scissors.
