Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Water : Lucky Bamboo does not need much water to survive, but it can be grown in water as well. If you choose to grow your bamboo in water, make sure the roots always stay covered with water. Replenish your lucky bamboo with fresh water every seven to 10 days to keep it happy and healthy.
Temperature : Lucky Bamboo Plant that love sun and humidity, such as members of the Bambusa and Phyllostachys species, tolerate temperatures up to 37°C by day and 21°C by night.
Light : Lucky Bamboo plants enjoy bright indirect light, but can tolerate low light conditions, although they will grow more slowly.
Fertilizing : Lucky bamboo doesn't require much fertilizer and can survive in pure water for quite a while. When you bring lucky bamboo home don't fertilize it for a couple of weeks; this will prevent over-fertilization.
