Cymbopogon, also known as lemongrass, barbed wire grass, silky heads, Cochin grass, Malabar grass, oily heads, citronella grass or fever grass, is a genus of Asian, African, Australian, and tropical island plants in the grass family.
Plant Height - 40-50cm(Approx).

Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.The number of leaves and the size of the plant depends on seasonal availability.
Since plants are seasonal in nature, flowering plants might be delivered without them.
A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of plants are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Water - The best time to water any plant is early morning or late afternoon, and watering lemongrass is no different. These plants should never be allowed to dry out completely.
Temperature - Ideal temperature 18-24 degrees celcius.
Care Tips - Place them in a bright, south-facing window. Keep soil barely moist, as plants grow very slowly over winter. Another option is to store a pot of lemongrass, cut down, in a cool, dark place like a basement. Water just a few times over winter to keep roots alive.
Light Requirement- Preferes Bright and direct light.
