I requested to deliver to the performer of the concert at Victoria Concert Hall. Unfortunately staffs at the reception / doors did not want to accept the flower without the receiver but it was impossible as the show had already started. The delivery person patiently communicated well with me to find a solution. It was 2nd time I encountered hiccups of the delivery due to uncontrollable reasons but the delivery people always helpful. Very recommendable services and I am thankful!
