Deep Red by Hugo Boss is an Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women launched in 2001 created by Alain Astori and Beatrice Piquet. Hugo Deep Red is a provocative, feminine fragrance for women. The scent opens fresh, citrusy and fruity with top notes of clementine, pear and orange. Rich, sweet and juicy, the opening is dominated by wine-like black currant and enticing blood orange. The middle gives way to fresh flowers and spice with notes of ginger flower, freesia, tuberose, hibiscus seed and ginger. This enticing, addictive fragrance rests on a woody, sensual base of California cedar, sandalwood, and musk with creamy vanilla standing out in the dry-down.
