In very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control, such as weather or traffic congestion, your order may be delayed and you will be notified in advance. Once the order is prepared for delivery, delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. In the case of flower orders, some flowers may arrive in bud form (not fully developed) to ensure a longer lifespan for your bouquet. In the case of cake orders, we have designed a professional packaging and wrapping to preserve the shape and design.
