Delivery Information
- Our expert will visit the venue 3 days in advance before the day of final decoration delivery.
- On the day of delivery we need the venue 3 hrs prior to the time to decorate the room.
- Hotel permission to be taken prior to the date of delivery.
Care Instructions
- Due to weather conditions and flowers being delicate, we need to ensure aircontioner is always on at a minimum of 18 degress to retain the freshness of flowers for a longer time.
- Helium balloons will stay for 5-6 hrs if kept under proper air conditioning.
