A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected. This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.

Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of flowers are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues. Care Instructions

We recommend dry cleaning. If you are washing the mat at home, use a mild detergent and cold water. Do not wring the mat, as this could cause damage to the material. Lay it flat to dry. If drying outside, keep it out of direct sunlight to avoid any fading of the material.
