      Care Instructions

      • When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and add water.
      • Re-cut 1–2” of the stems at a 45 degree angle.
      • Use a clean vase and clean water.
      • Remove the leaves below the waterline but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
      • Check the water level daily and replenish as needed.
      • Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
      • All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.
      • Enjoy your flowers!
      • Keep the frame in its protective packaging until ready to display.
      • Handle the frame by the edges to avoid fingerprints and smudges.
      • Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water, alcohol, or chemical cleaners.
      • Do not place the frame in direct sunlight or near heat/humidity sources (AC vents, kitchens, bathrooms).
      • If the frame has glass/acrylic, remove the protective film (if any) before display.
      • Hang securely using appropriate hooks/screws for the wall type, or place on a stable flat surface.
      • Keep away from children/pets to prevent falls or damage.
